I reside in Gila Hot Springs, New Mexico and as an eclectic visual artist have created a plethora of cards, paintings, sculptures, etc. My store front contains several cards that are suitable for cropping and framing. I call my signature work "Neoglyphs." These images are created from stream of consciousness black and white designs. These designs are then manipulated using Adobe Photoshop and/or direct manipulation using various media. After creating these designs they speak to me. It is my sincere hope that you will find my work pleasurable and that it will speak to you.
My neoglyph cards are especially suited to use as story starting cards. They are extraordinarily handy when one wishes to stimulate children's imaginations. An additional use is as catalysts for projective techniques in psycholtherapy.

Hello! My name is Christine. I am a full-time artist/entrepreneur, who lives in a little house in Guelph Ontario, Canada, with a husband, four cats, and a pug.
I have enjoyed drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, and have always dreamt of making art my full-time career. When I was a kid, I used to make my pocket money by painting small flower pots for my grandmother and her friends in the summer, and I later expanded my "business" to include murals on potting sheds as well as name plaques and signs for gardens. That annual summer venture ignited an entrepreneurial spark in me.
I have an education in marketing, and I have worked in many fields, from customer service to textile design, but my passion has always been my art - I am always called back to my pencils and brushes.
I mostly work with acrylics, graphite, and canvas, but I love to try new things and I am constantly looking to expand my creative options. You will notice that the designs are varied and changing all the time as I experiment with different styles... I am still finding my voice when it comes to my art.

I recently heard a speaker who said you should think back to when you were a child and tap in to what was fun and what you wanted to be when you grew up, and that is the key to your passion.
I have always wanted to be an artist, and although life has taken me down a slightly different path, I always come back to my creative self.
I started taking photographs as a means of gathering reference photos for future paintings and art projects. I found myself on the computer, cropping and manipulating the photos and was having more fun doing that. The results were enticing.
