Nursing Home Living Congratulations Cards

With age often comes a smaller family and the care of a larger home not only unnecessary but often too much work. Downsizing for financial, emotional or physical reasons can be depressing for many aging adults. Moving to a retirement community, assisted living or nursing home can be a difficult transition and milestone. Send a friend or relative a card of good luck or if needed encouragement to help them ease into the move and transition. If they are your parents, take the time to thank them for all they have done for you and share how this move will allow them to enjoy more of life and not the demands of a larger home. Or possibly giving the healthcare that they need that cannot be provided in their own private home.
