Ordered this card among other "Thinking of You Mom" cards to send my Mom in another state now in a wheelchair recovering from a stroke. It's a beautiful card printed with a glossy finish so looks quite polished. However during printing process a large glop of ink managed to splash on inside cover where one would normally write a note. Thought card was useless to me so set it aside & ordered a new batch. In passing, just happened to mention to gentleman taking my order of the ink blotch. With utmost professionalism he replied I'll take care of it for you & he did. Two days later I had a perfect replacement. Can't say enough positives re GCU & their customer service. It's so nice to sit in comfort of home & peruse a wide variety of very unique cards, incredible artwork, & verses that sometimes are better worded than what I can say myself. I'm a very happy REPEAT consumer, such a pleasure working with GCU!
