Robert Steinhilber was born in Kansas City, Missouri, USA in 1954.He attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and received a BA in Computer Animation from the Art Institute of Phoenix in 2001. Steinhilber has made his home on three continents at various times, and currently lives and works in Arizona where he creates his web comic DOGBAD (http://www.dogbad.net) and teaches Advanced Vector Animation at the Art Institute of Phoenix.
Robert has worked in fine arts, music and publishing extensively, collaborating with fellow artists Bob Boze Bell, Ed Mell and others, and has created major label LP and CD cover art for Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Heptones and Lee Scratch Perry (to name three). He worked for two decades as percussionist, occupying the drummer's chair in Los Angeles with diverse groups including the X-Streams, Jerry's Kids, The Skanksters, Victory Acres and Zef and the Ravers. He was a co-founder, as art director of THE BEAT magazine based in Los Angeles, published from 1981 through 2011.

I am an English grandmother, living in beautiful Wales. I have been making greetings cards for family and friends since I was a teenager, whenever time allowed between teaching and raising my family. I also love painting in soft pastels, screenprinting, papier mache, quilting, knitting, taking photos and designing/painting scenery for amateur dramatics groups. I am a mostly self-taught artist, although I learnt a lot from the Screenprinting, Art and Design and Life Classes at the Adult Education Centre in Norwich, where I lived in the '80s/'90s. Nowadays my back and my eyesight problems mean that most of my work is digital but I'm finding that fascinating! By the way, the cards that are featured are just samples of whole series so if you like a particular design but the text isn't what you need, you'll find plenty more with different text by searching my store.

Hi. Welcome to my Greeting Card Universe store. I am really excited about sharing my love of photography, as well as my joy in the world around us, though my creation and sale of greeting cards.
My photography business goes under the name of Mitchell R. Grosky Photography, but please feel free to call me Mitch.
I am a freelance photographer in a small town in Central Massachusetts. I have been in love with photography and taking photos of people and places for more than 30 years. These days, It is nearly impossible to run into me, without seeing either a Nikon or Canon digital SLR seemingly attached to my eye.
I have recently retired after a 35-year career as a teacher and elementary principal. My wife, who is a retired middle school special needs teacher, and I love to travel, and over the past 20 years we have cruised to Canada, nearly every island in the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico, and amny countries throughout Europe. At times we have traveled with my daughter (an early childhood education teacher), and my son, who is both working and attending community college.
My travels have provided me with the material for 35,000 to 45,000 photos, and hours upon hours of joy.
I recently returned from a whirlwind 27 day cross-country trip from Boston as far west as Wyoming and Utah and then back. 8000 miles and nearly 9000 photos later, I am hoping to one day find a publisher who is interested in a photography book narrating my experiences.
My photography business has been part-time until now, and has focused on both weddings and senior photos. Having just retired, I will expand slightly, but really wish to focus on nature and travel photography. To that end, I am looking forward to designing unique cards featuring my images, and am hopeful of finding an audience for my work.
I am very interested in your comments and would be happy to accept your suggestions and requests for custom designed cards.
