"Congratulations on your new grandbaby" is the bright pink hand lettered wording, across the bottom of this soft pastel pink new baby congratulations card for the new Grandparents or Grandparent of a new baby Granddaughter. The card has four adorable chubby little brown bears, who each twirl and dance across the card, each beneath their own pastel baby-colored balloon of pink, yellow, mint green or lavender. As well as being colored differently, each balloon they fly beneath has a white hand lettered letter on it, a "B", an "A", another "B" and a "Y". The balloons line up to spell the word "BABY" across the card, while the heart-decorated bears float with feet up and out. The card's inside wording says "A sweet, new little miracle has arrived.
