The whimsical hand lettered white wording, at the top of the card, says "Thank you for your gift during my illness". Below the wording, a colorful green polka dot wrapped gift's bow spans out the width of the blue card, with layers of white, teal green, orange and pink. The gift below has polka dots of the same colors with a bright lavender ribbon wrapping around it vertically and horizontally.
