This is called "Foster Fail", which is a winning situation for all involved. The family or person now has an animal they have lived with and know will continue to enhance their lives and the animal now has a permanent loving home. This hand lettered card says, in white, on the large pink heart, "Congratulations! Foster Fail to Adoption! What a Lucky Pet!" Both a cat and a dog are shown in a shelter box on the card, with soft white cloudy pawprints at the top left of the card.
