    “I would be remiss if I did not comment on the cards I ordered. I was looking for a card that needed to have printing added. I wanted a picture of a raccoon. These cards are to be in memory of my brother who loved racoons. As I searched the internet, I found one on another site I thought would work. Of course, in this day and age I needed to call or customize on the internet. No answer when I called, and the site could not change the card. Several more sites were similar. Go to the internet. Go to the web site Fortunately, as I continued the search, I came across a much better card on your site. Hard to believe I called and in short time an actual human answered, spent time looking for the right card with the racoon and gave me the number of the card. I added the message inside and proofed it. The next day, a Saturday we saw a mistake. I went online and it said to contact on Monday. I sent an e-mail anyway and to my surprise got a reply Saturday that the mistake was corrected. When cards arrived, the mistake was there as the print shop did not catch it in time. I replied to reprint and i will pay again. My mistake. But NO! You reprinted them, sent them and at no charge. I only purchased 15 cards which my family will love. I am overwhelmed at your service, expertise and unheard-of customer service. My sincere thanks. Joe Broyles”
