National Eagle Scout Day is observed on August 1 to honor those who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. This design features an eagle perched on the date 'AUGUST 1st'. The bird is drawn in outline and partially filled in with a portion of the Stars and Stripes. On the left edge of the card we have a cord with tassels at the end, and in the colors red, white and blue. At the top and lower edge we have a light blue banner embellished with white stars, and red and white horizontal stripes. All effects are digitally rendered.
