"Hooray" is the large blue hand lettered word, at the bottom of this white birthday card. The last letter, the "Y" curls around, with a large loop that contains additional wording, that says "Bicentennial Fourth of July Birthday". Tied to the top of the word "Hooray" are the strings to four patriotic red, white and blue birthday balloons. One has a large star with radiating red and white stripes, one looks like our American flag, one is blue and dotted with white stars and one has curved red and white stripes. The date of "1976" appears on the stripes of one of the balloons, since the birthday celebrant was born in the year 1976. The inside wording of the card says "Birthday wishes for a bicentennial 4th of July birthday that explodes with happiness!"
