This anti-Christmas card captures a moment of pure snowman horror - he's watching in wide-eyed terror as a squirrel makes off with his carrot nose. The snowman's expression is one of complete shock and dismay, with huge eyes and an open mouth that suggests he's either gasping or about to cry out in distress. His stick arms are held out helplessly as he witnesses the theft in progress. The squirrel, meanwhile, is caught mid-heist, clutching the orange carrot in its mouth as it scampers away through the snow. The little thief looks determined and focused on its prize, completely oblivious to (or perhaps enjoying) the snowman's distress. The snowman is wearing a red knit scarf, which adds to the winter scene but can't comfort him in this moment of crisis. The text "SNOW HOPE LEFT." is a brilliant play on "no hope left," perfectly capturing that moment when everything goes wrong and you feel completely defeated.
