Wish anyone in general Happy Thanksgiving from our home to yours with an adorable raccoon, Rocky with an Indian feather and beads sitting in a tent looking at a turkey by the water with a canoe of raccoon pilgrims, Bullwinkle and Sugar Bear wearing pilgrim hats and one with an Indian feather. The pond is full of fish under a sunny sky. The first Thanksgiving was held in the autumn of 1621 and included 50 Pilgrims and 90 Wampanoag Indians and lasted three days. Many historians believe that only five women were present at that first Thanksgiving, as many women settlers didn't survive that difficult first year in the U.S.
