“I, fortunately, found Greeting Card Universe on the computer while searching for the perfect 30th anniversary card for my husband. Then, voila, there it was, Here's To 30 Years... After personalizing the card I failed to submit it correctly and received the card without my thoughts. Needless to say, I was disappointed and somewhat angry, so I called Customer Service and complained.
