The weight of a jockey usually ranges from 108 to 118 lbs. Despite their lightweight, they must be able to control a horse that is moving at 40 mph and weighs 1,200 lbs. Though there is no height limit for jockeys, they are usually fairly short due to the weight limits. A cute little raccoon jockey is holding tight to the neck of a beautiful racehorse running on a grassy track with a sweet little bird holding a checkered flag.
