Artist Notes:
This illustrative image combines symbolic elements of two Bible passages to form a concept of restored Identity in Christ. It is inspired by the story of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15, where the father commands the best robe put on his son, referencing back to the story of Joseph (Gen ?) where Joseph as favored son was given a coat of many colors. As these truths are not gender specific, I wanted the main character to be female.
