This patriotic officer commission congratulations card for a new naval officer has two blue stars at the center. The upper two tips of the top blue star are hidden beneath two flowing red and white stripes and the bottom two tips of the bottom star are hidden by repeating parallel undulating red and white stripes that flow in unison. Tiny blue stars dot the background all around the larger blue stars. Hand lettered inside the top blue star is the large white word "Congratulations" and inside the bottom star, wording says "On Your Commission as a U.S. Navy Officer". The inside wording of the card says "We are so proud of your accomplishments and your commitment to serve our country as a Commissioned Navy Officer."
