This beautiful patriotic red, white and blue card will congratulate a new Coast Guard Officer with its two large blue stars fill the center of the white card. Each large star has wording inside. The top left star says "Congratulations" in elegant and flowing white hand lettering. The second star, lower and to the right, also has five points, a thin white outline around it, while overlapping the first and says "On Your Commission as a U.S. National Coast Guard Officer". At the top and bottom of the card, two parallel s-shape stripes of red undulate across the card, while hiding the top and bottom tips of the large blue stars. Tiny blue stars pepper the white background all around the large blue stars and between the red rolling stripes. The inside wording of the card says "We are proud of your accomplishments and your commitment to serve our country as a Commissioned Coast Guard Officer."
