When I received my card it was carefully wrapped for a safe delivery. The card WAS PERFECT. The quality, clarity, and design were excellent. The only problem I had was not with Greeting Card Universe but with the USPS delivery, I paid for expedited delivery and after 5 days had not received the card. I called Greeting Card Universe and the young man in Customer Service immediately sent out a replacement at no cost to me. Excellent Customer Service. As a note - Tracking the order it only took 2 days to get from CA to Detroit and the problem was with the USPS locally. I did finally receive the originally shipped card after 10 days, but still have not received the replacement card. Again - the Fault of USPS.
