This card is the cutest way possible to congratulate either a new Grandparent or a pair of Grandparents who have heard the news that they have a new little baby Grandson on the way. The card's little brown bear, who holds a blue and yellow rattle, sits in a big old fashioned, curly handled, blue baby stroller with large spoke wheels and lots of decorations along the side.
