About Me: Patricia Keeler created cards and posters, and is the author and/or illustrator of over a dozen books for children including SCOOP THE ICE CREAM TRUCK and LIZZIE AND LOU SEAL, both of Sky Pony Press. She has over 100,000 multicultural Bebop paperback books currently in print with Lee and Low Publishers. Patricia received the Christopher Medal and won First Place in the children's book category for the New York Book Festival. Patricia lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.

My Interests: I live on the Hudson River directly across from the Empire State Building in New York City. I often walk along the river for a mile to Jersey City. The sky is expansive, the skyline of Manhattan always changing with the light, and the river can gently hold canoe boats in summer and huge slabs of ice in winter. It's a visually beautiful place to live. It fills my mind with wonderful images in all seasons.
