About Me:  My love of art began very early on when I had to color as good as my big sister. It only grew from there. My grandmother was a self taught artist, painting landscapes, portraits and still life paintings. When I visited her I would spend hours looking at her paintings and listening to stories of her "plein air" days. I started sketching early on from drawing books that my mother had given me. She just kept on supplying me with paper. As I "graduated" to painting, supplies were somewhat limitless as my dad ran a paint store that carried art supplies. bliss. I have an education as a graphic designer where I was exposed to a little part of the fine art world amidst my advertising classes.
