This design shows a spring scene, with turtledoves perched on apple trees. The branches of the trees create a criss-cross pattern, set against the leaves of a fig tree. Apple blossoms on the apple tree add to the spring theme. The design is inspired by the descriptions of spring in ancient Israel described in Song of Songs. Leaf and branch patterns add visual interest, as do feather patterns on the doves. The design's colors match the soft and hopeful mood of spring. The colors of the doves match the actual colors of turtledoves. The apple blossoms are shown in soft pinks, with bright pops of bolder pink and yellow.
