If you know someone who is just finishing earning their Cosmetology or Beauty License, whether you are a friend or family member, or you work in the same Beauty Salon or Cosmetology Parlor as the student who will now be fully certified as a Cosmetologist, this card is a fun way to congratulate the graduate.
