A special greeting card for a grandson whose birthday falls on Christmas Day! There is a cute gnome, or Swedish Tomte, in bright clothes and a very tall hat. He is holding a yellow balloon and a green balloon for a combined birthday and Christmas celebration. The gnome, a traditional figure from Scandinavian folklore, has a huge white beard, a tall, colourful hat that covers his eyes so that only his big, pink nose is visible.
