A row of ten incredibly bright and colorful decorated birthday cake candles fill the bottom of this belated birthday card for a special friend, whose birthday you recently missed and are late getting a card to them for. The flames of the candles have been blown out and rising above the wicks are tall and wispy soft wispy trails. Hand lettered, in white, over the top of the smoke vapors, are the words "Happy Birthday Friend - Hope You Had a Wonderful Day".
