About Me:  Who am I? I'm..... a multi disciplined artist....I made my living for many years creating whimsical sculpture using blocks of wood and other materials. I switched to photography for some time after receiving a wonderful gift from my husband, a beautiful gray horse, that became my muse and frequent model. In recent years, I've started letting my creative mind wander a bit. I've become a gypsy of art, a maker of creative gumbo because I don't limit myself to one medium but embrace them all. One day, I might work with a chisel and a block of wood releasing wild and wonderful creatures into the light and the next, I might paint a watercolor, or use beeswax and pure pigment to form an encaustic painting. In the morning, I might capture the light and the dew covered horses with my camera and in the afternoon, let jewelry be my creative muse. I've recently decided to change the name of my business to Ginny Pearl in honor of my late mother. She is also the inspiration for all of the angels that inhabit my work no matter the medium. I've had a long hiatus but I'm excited to get started again on this creative journey and my head is full of new ideas. I love the word POSSIBILITIES and each week, each day, each waking hour is full of them.
