“Bris Kit” is a pun on brisket, a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest, which is a popular entrée during Jewish holidays and other observances. Of course the bris kit we're talking about here is entirely different. Says the baby if he could talk, "Just a little off the top, please, Mr. Mohel." This card is a funny, very Jewish way to say congratulations on birth of a baby boy, who in reality would not remember his own bris, but would certainly have had his share of brisket over the years.
