About Me:  I am a native Californian and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have created this gallery of cards from my original photographs. To me, photography is akin to collecting shells, rocks and sea glass on the beach. I try to see and find the detail or the "unusual", things that others may have missed completely that, to me, become small treasures. Like the ocean, the subjects of my photographs are rarely the same from one day to the next - even when I wish they were. I am captivated by nature and the combination of light and water. I find that both beauty and peace can exist "in the details" in naturally occurring and man-made patterns and the majority of my photos tend to focus on these themes.
