About Me:  Lynne Reichhart graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a BA in Computer Science. After 20 years of corporate life, she turned to her passion for art and let her creative side emerge. She found the Munson Williams Proctor School of Art and began taking classes. Lynne has always lived in Upstate New York in a rural setting. Much of her inspiration comes from nature and the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. She has also been lucky enough to travel to Europe with camera in hand for more inspirational subjects! Lynne captures her subjects acrylic, watercolor and colored pencil. She is drawn to the play of light in each image. She shows her work regionally and has won many awards including 'Best of Show'. Reichhart has work represented in private collections throughout the country as well as Europe and Australia including several commissions. She works from her home studio in Westernville painting and selling her art from on-line venues.
