Global Settings Issue

I tried to change some of my global settings. particularly the :
 
Custom requests under:
 
1) min. order  
2) my message to shoppers.
 
Are those locked out?

Hi Lisa,
I am also having trouble. For the time being I am not available for personalization. I have it set this way but it shows up on my store that I am offering this service.
 
Please fix this GCU! I don't want to disappoint anyone.

We tested this and didn't notice any problems in this area, are you receiving any type of error when you click the Save Changes link?

When I click the palette icon in your store I get the following message:
"This particular artist does not accept custom requests at this time. You can still send them a message below."
 
Are you seeing different text when you click the icon?

Hi Shaun,
 
It seems to be alright now. It is a little confusing to have a banner at the top of the store stating that you can customize your card & to look for the icon only to click on it to find you can't have that service. Is it possible not to have that statement on the store front or the icons at each design?
