Live today is the option for artists to waive the review process for Private cards on a card by card basis.  You'll find this as a checkbox just below the Private Card checkbox when you create a card.  Please note the important Waive Review Terms you agree to when you select this option:
 
1. Your image/content abides by GCU's Image and Content Guidelines (NO nudity, pornography, violence, drug use, discriminatory or offensive content).  
2. You have proofread your card front and inner text and there are no mistakes  
3. You have checked the edge allowance and important elements of the front image are at least 1/4 inch away from the edge  
4. You understand that you may be financially responsible for any shopper refunds due to any errors you have made  
5. You understand that GCU reserves the right to not print cards that contain offensive or poor quality content.  
 
If you do not check this Waive Review checkbox it wil be business as ususal for Private cards with ONE EXCEPTION for the time being.  Private cards will go in the regular "Pending-Submitted" review unless you also check FastTrack.  Again, you MUST check FastTrack on Private cards you want expedited.  We will see if we can modify this so all Private cards sent for review will automatically be FastTracked.
 
This new feature is ideal for custom card requests as well as cards for your own personal use.  You will now be able to provide requesting shoppers sample designs asap for their consideration without the unnecessary delay of review.

We've identified a bug that is preventing artists from editing their cards, if you click the edit link from the Manage Cards page you may get a message stating:  
"This photo will not look good in print.
The image resolution is too low and will produce a grainy or blurry picture. You may want to upload another photo with a resolution of 1500 by 2100 or higher."
 
We should have this corrected within the next hour.

You can edit the inside verse on any approved card already.  You can even change the image.  However making similar cards is the same as making a new card and requires a review cycle no matter how similar.
 
If you have a poem, for instance, from an approved card that you'd like to reuse on a new card, you can always cut/paste that verse from the approved card.  It helps to have 2 browsers open to do some of these things - one used for creating the new card and one used to grab verses, keywords, and notes from existing cards.
