We've had some shoppers not buy or return cards due to what they called the unprofessional nature of the back of some cards. Giving artists and shoppers more flexibility with the BOC credits is a two-step plan. Step 1 below is complete!
1) NEW BOC PICTURE - a separate image will be used solely for your BOC credits. So the image/photo you have today, Artist Picture, will continue to be used for your forum id and your artist profile image on your storefront. A new image, BOC Picture, will be used on the Back of Cards credits.
2) SIMPLIFIED CARD BACKING - give Shoppers the option for a "simplified" card backing. This will consist of a more subtle GCU logo, no FSC logo and the artist credits LESS the BOC Picture. The artist name, storename and store URL will remain, the shopper can NOT opt to remove them.
TO DO:
Upload a new BOC Picture if you want it to be different than your existing Artist Picture. To keep it the same, do nothing! Upload here in Artist Profile page (be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page):

http://artist.greetingcarduniverse.com/community/card_back.asp You should use your best judgment and ask trusted friends, family members and artists for opinions. In general the Artist Picture should be reflective of you as a person. The BOC Picture should represent you as a brand or company like a logo. We strongly suggest NOT using a self photo for your BOC Picture. Some shoppers have found them to be too personal and unprofessional.
We will be working on the second step for shoppers in the next few weeks.
