Most Popular Sort

It seems to me that something may be wrong with the most popular sort today.  I can't really put my finger on what is wrong, but some categories seem to be sorted very differently than yesterday or maybe GCU has changed the way the popular sort is done.  Has anyone else noticed anything a bit odd?

We seem to be experiencing it "hanging" sometimes too.  Firefox works ok, but IE is misbehaving.  We're looking into it.  Thanks for the heads up!
