Hello Everyone,
I am experiencing a very strange problem.  I noticed that my profiles are disappearing.  I found it happening a lot in my loads on January 1 and 2, but I have found it on other cards too.  I am wondering if other people are seeing parts of profiles they loaded disappear also?  I have found the problem in all areas of profiling, but most often I am finding the sender gender and the relationships disappearing.  I started changing the profiles back to what they originally were, but got tired of doing this after two pages and I thought if there is a problem with profiling they may just disappear again and my work would be for nothing so I stopped changing them.  Is anyone else experiencing problems with profiling?   This is troubling, as these cards would not be sent in reminders if they are not profiled or will be sent as incorrect reminders, if the profiling is not correct.

That is interesting...thanks for checking.  I am going to look at mine again tomorrow to see if the profiles stayed the way I changed them today!
