Christmas cards still not received
Jan 1st, 2008, 6:15pm

I ordered some cards at the end of November and still have not received them.

Any idea how much longer they will take - I am in Australia but this seems to be a long time.

Thanks  eb

Hi rosanne

Nice to see another Australian on board Smiley  I think there are a few of us here, although Mariana is leaving these shores for a far more exotic lifestyle Wink

(waving from stateside NC)---Hi, guys!  Australia--wow!  How cool that you guys are on here--what a small world!  Well, that is if you're not a greeting card that was ordered in November, rather--doh!  Here's hoping it shows up soon--perhaps it will have some cool kind of postage?  Maybe it went on vacation in Rome?

I am living in Germany and I had artwork travelling for 6-8 weeks to the U.S. depending on the shipping method . What shipping method did you order ? If the goods are going per ground + post ship(real ship I mean) it can take a long time I fear.

Hi Eugenia,
Our records indicate that the package was mailed on December 5th via First Class International Mail from the US Postal Service.   Under normal circumstances delivery time for cards mailed to recipients outside of the US is around 10 business days, but during the holiday season it can take a lot longer for packages to reach their destinations.   It's possible that the order is still on it's way.    We don't receive tracking codes for international orders, so we are not notified when there are delays.

We don't have the ability to mail cards with blank envelopes to destinations outside of the US, so unfortunately we are unable to resend this order.  I think you got around this by entering an Australian address but specifying United States as the country.   Our fulfillment partner did confirm that the order was shipped, however it is possible that the package had trouble getting through customs.   Please let me know if you don't receive the package by the end of this week and we can issue a refund for the order.

Shaun

It is, rather! No matter - as Kerra said, it's a small world. I've had some other mail from the States delayed as well, so Shaun is very likely right about the reason for the delay!
