I’ve been trying to share a link to my greeting cards storefront, and everyone is telling me it takes them to the generic GCU front page. If I send a link to a specific card, when they click on my name, it takes them to a blank GCU page with no cards. This is just nuts. Why don’t my links work???

Hi Deborah -

Well the first link there is incorrect for sure. The other two listed by you took me to your store.
If they don't take you, then your browser is returning you to an error page from the cache, so clear your cache, log out and than back in to your GCU store.

To give a link to one of your cards:

- go to a public marketplace link to your storefront (NOT MANAGE CARDS PAGE)
- click on the $
- choose the Text Link, copy/paste to wherever you wish it to go

I’m sorry, that response is for a card of mine in the public marketplace. I don’t know how to find my gallery in the public marketplace.

But it works if I use the link on iPad or computer. I wish it would work on mobile though because I. Sure that’s where people are on IG and clicking the link.

I just got on the computer and tried, and it works fine. I agree with you. Sad that it doesn't work on the phone, because that is how most people communicate now. Thank you again.

The problem with links on mobile devices has been going on for a while now. I hope it gets fixed soon. I've been putting a QR sticker on packaging for cards that I order and sell locally in order to lead folks to my shop for ordering more but, unfortunately, now it just takes them to a generic GCU search page. Likewise, when a customer does manage to get to one of your cards on a mobile device, if they happen to click your name link to find your shop, they end up on that same GCU search page. I really hope this gets fixed.
