Glitch anyone?

Hi there,  
 I just finished a uploading a series of designs and about halfway through I noticed on the manage cards page that the finish showed matte even though I had the glossy checked. My global preferences are also set to glossy. Just wondering! Smiley

You are correct, Betsy, there IS a glitch. Cards are changed to Matte and I too have my Global Settings for Glossy.
 
I have not created cards today as of yet, but those created up to a week ago are now showing glossy and I haven't the time to see how far back this glitch is effecting our cards. I checked old cards and they have not changed.
 
Hopefully, what ever is causing this will be easier to see on the GCU end  Grin

I've been having the same issue, and I also have my Global Preferences set to Glossy. I have to tick the Glossy button again after submission for every newly submitted card, but at least it seems to stay on Glossy for that card from then onwards.

Yes, me too. And it's not good. Customers must be very unhappy.
 
I only realized yesterday that it was a glitch when I was finalizing several cards for my gallery--they kept switching back to matte. So I checked my defaults, but it was not my error.
 
The first time it happened, I blamed myself because it was only when I received a card for a local customer that I saw that it was matte. Sad Not at all a good choice for that card. I couldn't understand why, but assumed I had been careless and had made the wrong choice.  Not.
 
Now I have learned that we have to be extra vigilant and change back to glossy at several stages along the way--especially before ordering.  
 
Regular online customers must have the same issues. They must be unhappy with their cards. I know my customer was disappointed, but it was too late to order a replacement for her, so I assumed the cost.  
 
It would be nice if all customers could be reimbursed for this error.

I have just noticed this issue is still an issue! I had to set all my new cards (approved today) back to glossy.

Actually, I think it's back, but I noticed it too. It went away I think for awhile and noticed over the w/e it was back.
