Good Vibes to you all! You sure need them from all of us.  So many things are not working properly lately! ... I imagine you all busy as bees to fix all the annoying details.
 
Here it goes to add up to the list of things to fix. Tonight, the inside text tool is in the "moody phase!" It is a real pain. It is extremely time consuming - one attempts to get it functioning, but it works properly only occasionally.
 
Actually, today the all process of submitting the cards has been very time consuming with the writing tools behaving very strangely. For example, when I want to insert a word in the keywords, it does not make the insertion and I have to write everything from scratch again.  
 
On one of the cards submitted today, I have no text inside, because I have made more than half a dozen attempts, but the text window simply did not show up, it came  instead a blank surface.
 
I just wanted to report it so you are aware and fix it. However, I hope this was just the night ghosts having fun.   Maybe tomorrow everything goes well again.

Empty your browser cache/history.  If that doesn't work, can you attempt these tasks using a different browser or computer?
 

Am having similar problems. On one card, when click on "Inside page" I get only half the image that allows me to type in text, select color, etc. Thus am able to type text, select color and size, and font, but then cannot scroll on down to the bottom half so this can be saved. Have cleared the IE cache and tried every way I can think of to get around this but to no avail. Am using Windows XP and Internet Browser 8. The card # (if this helps) is 865356.
 
Have also had problems defining the text area on the front of these personalized cards -- the image of my card disappears when selecting Define a Text Area. The selection tool shows up but the card image is missing - so have to do a lot of guessing, saving, then going back to move things a bit. Some time back had the same problem with defining the image area, but that seems to be working ok now. The above mentioned card gave me this problem but finally got things where I needed them. Same holds true for a previous card # 864732.  
 
To say the least, am getting a bit frustrated and would appreciate any help that can be provided.
