Bessie_181661 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 12	Watermark copyright Sep 20^th, 2011, 8:13am Hi, I have a question regarding copyright please... "All images, except for thumbnail size images, will be watermarked." - When I click on the thumbnail size card image in my store, the images (including the enlarged image) that come up do not seem to have a watermark on them? Is my understanding about the watermark not right I wonder Bessie =)

Good morning Bessie,

You have the option of turning that option on or off in your Global Settings area. If you've turned the feature on and don't see it; as I understand it, watermark changes will only effect those cards created AFTER the change was made.

If neither of these answer your issue, I'm sure Admin will chime in at some point and take a look at your store specifically

I've gone to the Global setting and set this to default now. I hope this will apply to the artwork I've already submitted and pending for approval. I've also sent a request for help to reset this for the two cards that have already been approved and showing up in my store.
