Changing banner at top of page

I should know this but I don't. When I set up my store some time ago, I put a banner at the top, as you all did--but I'm tired of it and want to completely redesign it. But I can't figure out how to change it. Where do I go in the settings to make this happen?
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to "Manage Store", then to "Store Settings"  Smiley

Thanks, Tracie--I was thinking that changing the header might have something to do with "Store Layout."
