Fast-track pending timeframe?

I had a request for a card yesterday.  I submitted it yesterday afternoon, but it is still waiting.  I am not sure how long fasttracks are taking these days, but mine have never taken this long before.  
 
I changed the keywords and artist's notes, but when I submitted they for some reason all reverted back to the last card that was made.  I just wanted to make sure it is actually in the que.  It says pending fasttrack and the Product Id: 782894.
