Proxy and Certificate Errors

Two different issues this am:
 
 - on the artist.greetingcarduniverse.com server I get a proxy server when trying to access this forum (but I can reach it on the greetingcarduniverse.com server)
 
- also on the artist. server, I am getting certificate security warnings (yellow bar, top of my IE window).
