Cant' upload images at store (Read 1031 times)

If possible can you try uploading your image again and let me know if you have any trouble? If you encounter an error please let us know what the message says. Also please be sure that your image is not larger than 3.85MB Shaun

Priti...hello and welcome. Are you sure that your images are the correct size? There is a limit on the size...3.85M. If my JPG image is larger than that I get an error message. Also, is your image either 5X7" or 7X5" (1500X2500 pixels or 2500X1500 pixels)? Good luck, repost if you are still having trouble, someone will be able to help. Repost even if you manage to upload so we (I) know you figured out the problem.
