Is this new?
Oct 23rd, 2010, 6:39am

On the front of three cards, I have Happy Birthday Papa, Father, and Dad.  I thought we could put in three per name, such as mama, mother, mom.

Received this on a resubmit: Only one relation specific category allowed per card. Please choose one and delete the other.

I've never had trouble with this before.

What to do?

Thanks,

Laurie

Hi Laurie.   I think Father/Dad - Mother/Mom... are considered the same here no matter if it is on the front of the inner verse.  Step Dad/Birth Dad/Step Mother/Birth Mother etc. seem to make the difference.. At least this is how I understand it within the categories.   I also see that many here do have Grandma and Grandmother with the same design and in the same category too.. So it is really hard to say which way is acceptable consistently.  Could be a new way here as you said..   Best wishes to you on it~  Smiley

I was of no help at all to you on this one.. Hahaha..  The more I  looked the harder it got to say for sure.. Sorry~

Hi Laurie

I recommend sending an email back to the reviewer explaining that these are three different cards, one for Papa, one for Father, and one for Dad. And refer to the wiki section under "Maximum Image Reuse of 3x."  I bet they just missed it.  I've had that happen a few times and an email corrected the misunderstanding.  Be sure you have specific relation in title. Like... Papa Happy Birthday, etc...

Cheers!
Kati

Thanks everyone.  I was doing my dishes and it dawned on me what the reviewer meant.    Smiley   I had a Happy Birthday Papa, and I put it under both Grandfather, and Father.  I had put a note to the reviewer that my nephew's children called him papa, and there might be more that call their father's papa.

I do understand what the reviewer meant about not being in both of those categories.  I removed the one for Father/Dad.

Thanks.

Laurie

Laurie, I've had the same issue with 'Papa,'  knowing both folks who call the Father that, and others who call the Grandfather that.  The good news is that if anyone searches for a 'Papa' card, it will come up, no matter which category we have it in.   Cheesy

Smiley  Thanks, Sue.  I sell many more Papa cards than I do dad or father or grandfather.  I don't know which one the recipient wants it for, but it's a very popular one for me.
