Hello Amanda, your store looks fine to me, you`ve got some interesting cards there too. Maybe have a look at some other stores and see if there`s any that give you some ideas, as I`ve said though, it looks ok as it is. The "AB" logo looks tidy too.
Paul.

Hi Amanda, welcome to GCU!

A couple of comments...

* I like your simple storefront set up (colors & header) they really let your cards standout and shine all on their own Smiley

* Occasion specific cards sell best.  Consider creating some with inside text that speak to a specific occasion.  Since you can use the same card image up to 3 times as long as they are in different categories you can leverage your great photos for more than just pretty blank note cards.

For example:
Kissing Couple in Sunset would make a darling Valentine's Day card

And lastly as I notice you have LDS images please consider these unique categories that may interest you and provide ideas for new cards:
Occasions >> Good Luck >> On your Mission
Occasions >> Welcome Home >> From your Mission
Announcements >> Coming Home >> From Mission
Invitations >> Welcome Home Party >> From Mission

Let us know if you have any questions and happy selling!

Amanda,
You way underestimate yourself and your talents!  Your cards are lovely... You have the eye... and your store colors/set up is exquisite.
I especially love the couple kissing at sunset and think Mindy's suggestion is a good one.
Your pelican is back-to and swimming away, so this would make a good "Bon Voyage" or "Congratulations on your Retirement" card.  It's always nice when we can make the outside image relate to the sentiment of the card.  Your Yellow Roses in the handles of church door would make a super Sympathy/Condolences card.
Blank cards do sell on here, but the specific use one with verse, way out sell them.
Best of luck and Welcome!

Welcome to GCU Amanda!  Your cards are delightful and your store is lovely.  I have one comment.  You need to change the color of the text that shows within the black.  If you look below your cards on the front page.  Within those black lines should be Testimonials and Contact Artist.  The text must be black because there is nothing there.

Change that and I'd say you are good to go!!  Good luck to you!!

You have some fantastic cards! I think the best advice I could give you is spend 50 percent of your time creating and 50 percent of your time doing market research. Use the tools that this site provodes to find the best selling categories, most searched keywords, ect. Look up more obscure holidays that people might not be able to find cards for in a regular store. The wonderful thing is that at least on my end, I am starting to sell more everyday cards than ever before. but I think it still helps to cater to the market when you are just starting out. Sometimes it frustrates my sister, the photography side of our team, because, like a true artist, she wants to take pictures of stuff she wants to take pictures of, and doesn't always enjoy the commercial side. It really does make a difference though, to produce cards that the customer wants. Don't get discouraged, it took a little while for our stuff to take off, but we were pleasantly surprised at the results! (and continue to be)

Yes Mindy, I too noticed your mention of LDS images and wondered what in the world they are.
Something to do with the Temple?  Inquiring minds want to know!  Grin
Thanks.

Amanda,
Welcome to GCU.  I think your storefront looks very nice.  The black and white header is very eye catching.  Just keep adding...
For those inquiring minds, I believe LDS stands for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints better known possibly as Mormons.  The LDS image would be the Temple in Salt Lake City I believe.
