Private Card needs customizing before purchase???? (Read 819 times)

Sep 7^th, 2010, 9:42am Help, I did some custom cards over the weekend and now my customer is trying to purchase them and she's getting a message that I as the artist needs to customize before she can purchase it???? What's up with that????

It looks like it has to do with the private cards having a category associated with it, did you by any chance select a photo card category for the card before you clicked the box to mark it as private? Shaun - that is highly possible I did that. I for the life of me coudn't remember if I needed to select a category or not and mostly likely did. However at one point, I remember being asked to select a category. This is what I get for submitting cards after a long holiday weekend. : ) Thanks for your quick response.
