Show sold cards but no commission or email notif

Just wondering why I show sold cards in my store, but no commission shows and no email notification was sent......I had got the notification one out of four orders that day.... These are the orders that I did not receive email or commission for........ Can someone let me know what is happening?

Trish, to see what site cards are sold from, when you're logged in go to:

Manage Store - Reports & Analysis - Store Report. On the left, you'll see a text link Cards Sold. Click this link to bring up a list of sold cards which will include where the card(s) were sold from.
