Another Safari Tech Issure

Having another tech issue since updating Safari.  I've cleaned up my computer, emptied all cashes, etc. and still having same problem.
 
This is not happening every time but about half the time:
 
When I am creating a card on the Card Image detail page.
>Using same information but changing age on card.
>change age in title, keywords and artist's notes
>Click on select category and make selection and click add
>Nothing shows up in the select category area.
I will try it a few more times... still nothing
>So I click next and it goes on to inside verse page
(used to not let me go on with no category selected)
>Complete inside verse, click next and finished card comes into my manage cards page. However, there is not category selected.
So I go into edit and select category and it seems to be ok.
 
Then I began to notice that on those cards where the category didn't go through, the change that I made in keywords did not go through either. Change in title and artist's notes were there but not in key words.
 
Another thing I noticed was html coming up on the Card Image Detail page more often.  I always try to reload if I see html but sometimes miss it when it's somewhere toward the bottom of the page.
 
In my last batch of reviews made today there were two cards with no category and one with incorrect info in key words.
 
I hope this makes sense.  It may very well be I am doing something wrong or there is a hitch in my computer but could you run this by the tech team and see if they have any suggestions.

Additional info on my first post here..
 
I've been working on cards this evening and found something that helps.  I hit the reload button every time I have a new card on the Card Image Detail page.  Seems to working.  So, must be a problem with the first load on to the Card Image Detail page.

Ditto that.
I have also seen the html again recently Kati and reload works for me too. I have not noticed the other issues with editing but haven't done any for the past several days the html was showing up earlier in the week.
Also on Safari but have not upgraded to Safari 5 yet per your other post.

I just uploaded and designed a card using the latest Safari update.   While, before, I had noticed a longer upload time, the upload seemed more normal now and there was no problem in any of the design steps.  Maybe whatever was wrong is fixed now.

I am having same problem with Google Chrome intermittently. The page has javascript displayed in browser at top and then category does not get selected. The next button takes to inside verse page without giving error for no category selected.
I have to go to manage cards and select the category again.
Generally, logging out and logging in again resolves the problem but it reappears after some time.

Hello again,
If I do not click the reload current page when I first enter the "Card Image Detail" page, I am still having the same problems.

Hi Kati,
We've been testing this page using Safari 5 and have not been able to duplicate the issues thus far.  In your previous thread you mentioned that you were using 5.0(5533.16), it looks like the latest build is 5.0(6533.16), can you check to see if you are using the latest version?

Hi Shaun,
 
I spent some time today on phone with apple care.
 
Here is some info to share:
 
Safari 5 - the build number I have is the most current update for my computer.  Your issue number is for Snow Leopard, which I don't have.
 
Safari 5 - be sure block pop up window is not checked
 
Safari 5 - Do a reset on safari under the drop down menu
 
They had me remove some files which I won't list here as every computer is different.
 
They said there are a number of compatibility issues with 5 and if my problem continues, try using Firefox.  They are working on an update for Safari 5 hoping to solve these issues soon.
 
I will try out my changes on safari and let you know if they work.  Have not had a chance to upload any new cards since I visited with them, but wanted to give you info while it was fresh in my mind.
