Can someone please explain?

Hi
Please can someone give me a proper reason for my card 614350 being declined? this is the first time it has ever happened to me and there is no explaination why, just the usual stuff that is always on notifications!

Reply to the notification and ask why, the reviewer can answer you directly that way.

Hello Karen,
 
I surfed to your card shop. Wow, you are very good. I would even say that you are what I would call, "A real greeting card person". I had to write because I would love to see the card of yours that was placed on hold. Please write back here when you find out the reason. My guess, and just a guess, is that there may have been some sort of law issue. For example, ah, well I can't even think of one, but none the less, I bet they will have a very good reason and I want to learn it also. Thank you, you are very kind.
I can`t see what law would prevent me using my own images and card backgrounds, it`s just a get well card featuring one of my waterfall photographs and a simple get well soon verse that I have used so far on many cards!

Okay well I just opened an email saying the card was rejected by mistake, so I appreciate the reviewer being open and honest about it, it`s now been approved!

Hi Karen..  I have admired your cards many times.  You are quite successful here.   It could be an error on the reviewers part.  I have had that happen..  I was asked to remove and add to a category that did not exist once and another time I was asked to remove it then add it to the exact same category I was just instructed to remove it from..  Stuff happens like that..  Shows we all make errors.   I am sure they will write you soon and fix it all up..    Smiley
