I've run into 2 cases today where the image actually posted on FB after clicking the F Share button from our sales notice email or doing it from a card details page places an incorrect image thumbnail (usually the BLUE Why Shop Here image) on FB. This is after selecting the right image.

One time I did it and Cathy Sherman noticed it was wrong and I had to remove it and redo it, and then just now I see Sue B. has the same problem on a card she F shared.

Doreen_137017 Gold Member artist Posts: 5274	Re: F Share Reply #1 - Apr 29^th, 2010, 1:15pm I experienced this also, however I think it's a FB issue because, though a different store image was used, it has done that the past couple of days if posting from Zazzle as well. If I cancel or delete the link and past it or in GCU's case click the button again it posts correctly.

I just noticed Sue B had it happen again about 30 minutes ago, but I tried one and it posted OK.

As a point of clarification, the F Share allows one to cycle through a variety of images on the card details page (ie: 1 of 14 images generally) and we are suppose to pick the one we want. I assume the first one listed is the meduim view of our card even though there is a smaller version or our card, and other artists' cards (shown as the same size when cycling through) that should not be chosen. Is this correct?

I think your assumption is correct, but I'm not positive. I'm thinking that since the medium sized image is the biggest image on the page, it should show in first.

As GCU gets deeper integrated with some of the new FB options we may be able to specify which image should be posted.

I am not having an issue though with Redbubble or zazzle both are displaying correctly. Hugs Moonie
